Our award winning client with offices based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Lighting Designer to join them on a permanent basis in this additionally created role owing to business growth. This will be an office based role working Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
As Lighting Designer, you will be responsible for designing lighting schemes to be used by electrical contractors for retail fit outs. You will meet with new and existing clients to consult on technical queries and advise on new concepts, take detailed briefs from clients, assessing and proposing correct products for each project, prepare AutoCAD drawings, prepare presentations documents using Dialux, provide energy assessments, and much, much.
You will need to be fully proficient in using AutoCAD and be ideally experienced in Relux & Dialux although consideration will be given to applicants without (Photoshop desirable). It is essential that you are experienced in designing lighting schemes within the commercial lighting sector and will have at least three years relevant experience.
