Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £32500/annum hybrid working
Fantastic new opportunity available via Conrad Consulting. We are accepting applications from Architectural Technicians, Architectural Technologists and Architects aspiring to take the next step in their career.
This office is currently home to various levels of Architectural. The current role would be best suited to an Architectural Technician, Technologist or a Technically-minded Architect. Traditionally they work on a mixture of Healthcare and Education projects including: Hospital facilities, Primary/secondary schools and offices.
The responsibilities of the Architectural Technician will include:
Producing detailed technical information.
Amending construction drawings for site use.
Undertaking site surveys.
Development of project specifications.
Assisting with tenders.
Driving design improvements on projects to ensure enhanced value is added to projects.
We would hope for the Architectural Technician to meet the following criteria:
Hold a relevant Architectural qualification (HNC, HND, Degree).
Minimum 1 year practical experience.
To be experienced working independently.
REVIT skills are essential.
Healthcare or Education-sector experience preferred. But not essential.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A generous remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. in the region of £25,000-£32,500 per annum. Full details of package can be discussed on the phone.
