Architectural Assistant – Part II
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £32000/annum Pension, Flexible WFH
A bespoke architectural practice located in central London is looking to expand its team due to an increase in several exceptional high-quality residential and hospitality developments. They are seeking for an experienced Part II Architect to join their team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team preparing designs and construction information for mostly prestigious residential and hospitality projects. The role will include the development of concept designs, preparation of planning documents, development of detailed and technical designs, coordination with consultant teams, preparation of tender information and construction documentation and site inspections. Some key skills and experience includes the following:
Experience in residential and/or hospitality sectors
Demonstrate strong design and presentation skills
Preparation of concept and technical designs and construction information
Experience in the selection and specification of products, materials and finishes
Site experience and experience with supply chain With a headcount of 20 staff, they offer a friendly working environment and are keen to develop their staff to becoming exceptional architects.
