Are you currently in recruitment within the gaming/art industry and looking for a new challenge? Our client, an art outsourcing and game development partner, is seeking an Outsourcing Manager…. Do you have a successful proven track record either internally or with an agency? If so, this could be the role for you! 

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients on various outsourcing initiatives, take charge of "work for hire" inquiries and oversee these projects to ensure expectations are met and surpassed. You will be required of you to assist with projects on numerous platforms and in various genres.

You will be able to coordinate teams to ensure project milestones and delivery deadlines are met. Assisting the production team in regard to all outsourcing support and logistics of contracts. Identifying project needs and ensuring the pipeline of work and talent is maintained. Seeking opportunities to develop new partnerships with new clients and contractors, and coordinate talent in the studio.

Salary: up to £50,000 plus great benefits 

Location: Liverpool

Hours of work: 35 hours a week (Flexi-time at 7 hours each day. Core hours are 10am-4pm.)

What will you bring to the table?

Ideally, you will have proven experience within an outsourcing manager/outsourcing relations/games recruitment role, or equivalent.

You'll have experience in providing feedback to clients and artists on artwork and workflow, and a strong eye for detail.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for games and their development
