Senior Architect required to join a progressive medium sized Commercial Architectural Practice to be based either within their impressive contemporary Leeds City Studio.
Our long-standing client have recently relocated to larger premises in the upcoming South Bank area of Leeds City centre which is one of the nicest studio spaces in Leeds, this is a truly exciting time to join their 20 strong team and become par of their ambitious growth plans as they head towards a place in the acclaimed AJ100 list of practices. The business also has an established London Studio allowing them to deliver various High Profile contemporary Projects across the whole of the UK, their current portfolio consists of Mixed Use Residential High Rises, Commercial Workplace Refurbishments, New Build Residential, Healthcare and Leisure projects.
They are now looking to secure the services of a Senior Level Architect to take the lead on variety of recent new instructions, required is an ARB / RIBA affiliated Senior Project Architect with a minimum of 5-10 years practice experience. Ideally the Senior Architect will have experience at working across all stages of RIBA with a particular recent focus on project delivery, typical the schemes range in value in the region of £5.0 – £15m. You will be a confident job runner, keen to develop and enhance client relationships and have ambitions for progression to Associate level which in turn offers long term development into a shareholding Director role, succession planning is at the core of this hire.
Our client are a predominately REVIT based practice therefor previous experience of BIM and being a hands on REVIT user is required, crucially our client is looking for someone who embraces their excellent cultural values. You will be of good Personality and keen for career advancement, you will be hands on in nurturing and developing client relationships and play a big part in supporting their in-house academy which supports Assistants and graduates who join the business.
Essential attributes of the Senior Architect are –
A minimum of 5-10 years post Part 3 qualification experience is preferred.
Proficient and confident Job Runner, you must have delivered multiple projects from Design through to Handover.
Working knowledge REVIT systems is essential.
Natural client facing ability, with excellent presentation skills.
Comfortable and confident networker and brand ambassador.
Experience at all RIBA stages of work, particularly project delivery.
Able to present ideas clearly in meetings with internal & external teams.
Solid working knowledge of UK building regulations.

Salary depending on suitability and experience between £45,000 – £50,000 per annum + 25 days Holiday, Pension, Flexible working hours and the option of home working 2 days per week.
