Kitchen Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £25000/annum
Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to work for an independent bespoke showroom in Cambridgeshire. Our client is looking for someone who is motivated, energetic, and eager to succeed.
A basic starting salary of up to £25,000 with a competitive commission structure in place.
The Role:
* Greeting customers in the showroom to discuss their requirements
* Booking home measurements
* Visiting customers homes to measure and evaluate customers’ bespoke requirements
* Designing bespoke kitchens on AutoCAD
* Delivering both personal and showroom targets
* Presenting finished designs and having the drive and sales skills to upsell items
* Booking in installations and dealing with the installations team
* Completing all relevant paperwork for the installation of the customer's kitchens
* Following up leads to build customer relationships and to create sales
* Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom
* Ensuring that customer service is maintained to the highest standards at all times
The Candidate:
* Previous experience within the kitchen design industry
* Experience working within a sales environment
* Previous experience using Auto CAD to design kitchens
* Confident on the phone
* Able to remain calm under pressure
* Highly motivated and determined
* Self-motivated and a team player
* A keen eye for detail and design flare

This is a permanent role, working five days a week, which will include Saturdays. Working hours are between 9am-5pm however, flexibility is needed due to the nature of the role.
