Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architect to join a RIBA practice based on the outskirts of Stockport.
This is a great chance to join a RIBA & Interior Design practice that is known for specialising in residential design, producing outstanding projects for their clients.
Due to new projects coming into the practice, this company of 4 requires a Senior Architect to support the Directors. Within the practice now is two Directors, an Architect, and a Part 1 Architectural Assistant.
They have plans in the business to grow to 8 staff. As a business, they have developed a reputation for outstanding residential design with many of their projects being in the local counties.
As a Senior Architect, you will be running projects from inception through to completion. It would be expected you are able to detail full packages of working drawings including interiors. You will be running projects on-site and regularly liaising with the different stakeholders.
They are known for creating unique designs and working to the finest of details including lighting design & bespoke joinery.
