Grafton Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Assistant in Bicester Village for a well-established Italian retailer.
As a Sales Assistant you will share the same values as the demanding clientele and will be able to showcase the full range of products, stylish women's apparel, including outerwear, shoes & accessories.
List of responsibilities as a Sales Assistant:
Welcome and serve the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
Engaging with customers to the highest standard, exceed their expectations by going the extra mile and building strong customer loyalty.
Maximising sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
Keeping the boutique presentable to the clientele in order to provide the best service possible.
The ideal candidate for a Sales Assistant position:
Have a passion for customer service
Positive energy
Have experience in retail
Confident and strong character with a hands-on approach to all tasks
Articulate, with excellent communication, excellent elocution, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
