RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £24000 – £27000/annum
Ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistants are required to join a small up-and-coming Architecture practice based in Chorleywood.
This firm focus primarily on the private Residential sector and have recently become certified Passivhaus Designers. With a small and friendly team of 4 Architectural professionals this practice can offer an Architectural Assistant exposure to all stages of a project and the opportunity to see your designs through to being built – something that may not be on offer at larger more established Architecture companies. With this comes a fantastic learning opportunity where you will work directly with experienced Architects and will be afforded all the guidance and support to work towards becoming a fully RIBA Chartered Architect.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements
RIBA Part 2 qualification
Demonstrable UK Architecture experience would be highly desirable
Fantastic design skills
Good understanding of the Planning system and Building Regulations
Proficiency with AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp and Photoshop
