Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum £30,000-£40,000
We are currently recruiting an Architect to join a vibrant, award-winning Architectural Practice that is based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, in the northern part of the city.
This RIBA practice employs 22 members of architectural staff, and they have a solid order book of work for the next two years.
They are well known within the area, pay well and have well-respected Directors who have great relationships with many blue-chip clients across the country.
As an Architect at this innovative practice, you will be working on a wide variety of residential projects – from luxury housing developments to high-rise residential schemes as well as being involved in retirement living schemes and bespoke one-off homes. AutoCAD experience is essential to this role, and they are able to give Revit training too.
Your job role will involve working on the conception and technical design and delivering construction drawings and tender packages, as well as the development and detailing of construction technology.
You will also be expected to have the ability to manage projects from inception to completion – covering all RIBA Stages.
The Position: Architect
ARB Registered Architect
Previous experience working as an Architect in the UK
AutoCAD and some Revit experience.
Deliver construction drawings and tender packages.
Knowledge of all RIBA Stages.
