Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA practice based a short walk from Leeds Central Train Station.
 
This RIBA practice has three offices in the UK, employing around 50 architectural staff and the Leeds office is made up of 5 staff.
 
Within this office, you will be working on Higher Education projects for the local University. You will be supported and mentored for your Part 3 whilst working closely with the Director of the office.
 
They are in the AJ 100 rankings and since 2000 this practice has won over 50 awards, including 30 awards from the RIBA including the RIBA Sustainability practice of the year award.
 
As a practice they have a strong focus on sustainability which has been a driving force in the business for several years, this means they have a number of certified Passivhaus Designers within the practice overall.
 
Working as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant will see you mentored and supported for your Part 3. This will be from a Senior Architect in the practice who will be your company mentor. In addition, they have many other company benefits which include:-
