A renowned AJ100 Architectural practice are looking to recruit talented Architectural Technologists to become an integral part of their company and grow alongside the business.
The practice have successfully delivered projects across the residential, commercial, education and manufacturing sectors for decades and their successes look set to continue well into the future with the awarding of a number of significant schemes.
For this Junior Architectural Technologist role, you will join the team in Kent responsible for producing projects largely within both the large-scale Residential and Education sectors.
The ideal Junior Architectural Technologist will be qualified to degree level within a relevant discipline e.g. Architectural Technology, reside locally to the company's office in North-West Kent and possess a drive and determination to make a success of their career.
ArchiCAD proficiency would be ideal although training can be provided to the right candidate.
The successful Junior Architectural Technologist will work directly with the Project Team collating, organising, investigating, and producing technical information for use during the development of the project design.
Junior Architectural Technologist Requirements:
Relevant Technical Qualification – Degree/HNC/HND
Post qualification experience is desirable
Excellent Communication/Presentation skills
Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills – advantageous
Full UK Driving licence – essential
A highly attractive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful Junior Architectural Technologist, likely to be in the range of £26,000 – £28,000 per annum dependant on experience plus a list of company benefits.
