The Role

You’ll be taking on the entire UI/UX design process end-to-end, providing user-centric solutions to problems. You’ll be helping maintain the current websites with a mobile-first approach, optimising the existing interfaces and improving on the overall user experience. This will be achieved through the creation of interactive prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to create the best user journey possible. 

You’ll be working towards the company’s mission; to create the safest, most powerful and engaging sports betting communities and websites in the world.

Responsibilities

Delivery of innovative, user-centred website designs with exceptional attention to detail.

Optimising of existing user interface to improve the user experience and maximise number of conversions.

Creation of interactive prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to deliver compelling digital experiences.

Implementation of Figma design systems and component libraries to create fast and efficient processes.

Collaboration with the product manager, designers and developers to help bring your designs to the user.

Providing developers with proper assets like style guides, icons, graphics, etc.

Effectively working across multiple brands, implementing and adding to each brand’s creative assets and design systems.

Reviewing front-end designs implemented by developers and provide feedback to ensure pixel-perfect experiences.

Requirements

A diverse portfolio that shows your strengths in both UX and visual design, particularly with mobile-focused website design.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Confidence to challenge creative output.

Ability to use problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

A proactive, self-starter who takes pride in their work.

An ambitious, team player who wants to contribute to long-term organisational goals.

Beneficial

Experience working hands-on with developers and product managers.

Experience working with Google Analytics, Hotjar or other digital analytics platforms.

Experience creating design systems and component libraries from scratch in Figma.

A passion for football as you’ll love what they do!
