Our client who are well known brand enhancement agency based in Berkshire and have been in business since 1985 are looking for a project manager to join their amazing team. The right person will be able to take lead across a variety of B2B and B2C activity. You will have the the right skill set to own, develop and manage key accounts. The successful person will work closely with the senior team to deliver a variety of projects from brand development, campaigns, print, POS and digital.
 
Being a client facing role, you will be working closely with your clients taking their briefs and understanding their future plans. You will be offering consultative advice and spotting opportunities. Once briefed by the clients you will work closely with the creative teams ensuring time management and budget is adhered to.
 
The right person will come from an agency, working closely with clients at all levels, confident and able to hold your own at a senior level. Last but not least, do not be afraid to role up your sleeves and get stuck in!
 
Experience

Driving high customer service standards at all times
Setting and delivering against objectives and development plans
Customer relationship management experience
Management of multiple projects/clients
Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone.
Confidence to spot up sell opportunities
Good financial acumen.

Accurate/Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Computer literate (MS Word and Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
