Hobs Reprographics are a long-established business, traditionally servicing our clients with printed collateral.
We have a specialist team within our Bid & Creative Services team who work with our clients on presentations, pitches and marketing collateral.
This is a fast paced environment, with team members handling multiple projects and working closely with our clients and internal bid management teams to deliver highly impactful documents.
We also work closely with our internal marketing team to deliver graphics for our social feeds, as well as print and window graphics.

Middleweight to senior level designerA proven designer who can create designs from brief and own the project from concept to delivery across a number of mediumsIs great at time management and communication, both internally and externallyProactive “can-do” attitude and passion for graphic designExperience of web design useful
Core responsibilities;
Your role will involve:
Communicating with clients in person, over the phone and through e-mailsDeveloping concepts, graphics and layouts for tenders and marketing materialWorking within a busy and fast-moving teamIntegrating with our client engagement and marketing teamsLiaising with sales team on specific projectsDelivering customer-specific proposals and receiving feedbackSupporting the corporate graphics brand guidelinesMaintaining structures and version control within our systems
Required Skills:
Proficient in the Adobe CC familyExcellent time management skills with a professional approach to time, costs and deadlinesAbility to work confidently and quickly within a very busy teamStrong organisational skills and creativity
