HYBRID ROLE – Your time will be split working between the office, which is based in Chichester, West Sussex and from home

We are delighted to be recruiting a Studio Operations Executive to join our client, a design consultancy with an international healthcare bias. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Studio Operations Executive to join their busy team on a hybrid basis.

Job Description

The Studio Operations Executive will undertake the following day to day duties:

Managing daily schedules

Reporting on project status, workloads, and accounts

Providing timely communication between relevant departments including accounts, creative, design, development, and production

Overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookings

Arranging regular production meetings and status updates

Managing customer requests

Attending clients calls, enabling clarity of communication and actions

Managing meeting agendas and follow up reports

Analysing project data

The Studio Operations Executive will have the following key responsibilities:

Co-ordinating projects from initial stages through to delivery

Ensuring teams are supplied with the appropriate briefs and documentation for projects

Organising meetings, writing meeting reports, preparing timelines

Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to resource and deadline deliverables

Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required

Managing project resources and updating key stakeholders on requirements and supply

Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems

Building effective relationships with key departments and clients

Analysing projects to report on studio utilisation to the management team

Quality Associated Documentation

Maintaining Service Level Agreements

The Studio Operations Executive will have the following key skills:

Great organisational competencies

Able to manage the creative process from start to finish

Excels in managing multiple project deliverables

A passion for the web and digital technologies and platforms

Rock solid people management and communication skills

Strong resourcing skills with high volume traffic projects

Impressive copy writing skills is a plus

High level of computer literacy especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Trello, & Jira

Thrives working in a fast-paced environment

Proven project and account management experience

Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting into clients

Skilled at working under pressure

Creative flair

Hunger to learn and apply new skills
