Front End Developer – Outside IR35
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £500 – £600/day
Front End Developer – SC Cleared – £550 – £600pd (Outside IR35)
We are currently seeking a Front End Software Developer who specialises in or has a background in Front End UX development. The ideal candidate should be smart, curious and prospers against the challenge of working closely with a small business to solve complex and challenging problems across the Public Sector landscape. You'll have the freedoms to be truly innovative to roll up your sleeves, get stuck into the detail of systems, and generally do what it takes to achieve incredible technical solutions to our customer's complex problems.
You will be working with a small team of Software Engineers within a wider multi-disciplinary technical team, sharing a common goal of delivering technical excellence and driving the solution to success, by developing rich software artefacts that solve complex problems for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring that all software components are developed with a key focus of web application security.
Solving complex technical problems by developing reusable, testable and efficient code modules.
Supporting our quality assurance team by developing detailed test strategies and unit tests for software code modules.
Collaborating with a close-knit Software Engineering team, quality assurance team and Project Managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of object-orientated programming techniques and use of design patterns
Knowledge of developing software components within a microservices environment with auto-scaling, loosely coupled, secure and resilient services.
Strong experience of designing and writing REST based API services in Java
Experience with Angular as a front-end framework
Experience of web frameworks and developing UX in JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience and knowledge of the following languages; JavaScript, Typescript, HTML and CSS
Due to the Nature, the successful Applicant will need to hold Valid SC Clearance prior to work starting.

6 Month initial contract (With extension Likely)
£500 – £600pd (Outside of IR35)
