We have a vacancy for an Account Executive Trainee/Graduate to join our team at Albion Mills, Greengates, Bradford.

Your purpose

You will provide an exceptional customer experience building and retaining strong, sustainable client relationships with direction from the team. You will help deliver projects to ensure best in class delivery of all end-to-end creative/graphics projects, creating a brighter future for your clients and for the business.

Your deliverables

With support from the team, provide world class customer experience to maintain existing positive relationships so that the
customer/client trusts in Sun Strategy to get the job done as efficiently as possible

Keep all key Stakeholders as informed and up to date as possible at all stages of each project to ensure complete visibility is maintained so the client feels in control

Demonstrate an understanding of your client’s product/ market as well as their core values to enables us to represent the client appropriately and get to know their wants and needs

Respond to all stake holders, both internal and external, within an agreed SL

Report potential problems promptly to the account managers so that appropriate action plans can be put in place to minimise customer dis-satisfaction

Write high-quality briefs so that work flows seamlessly, and the client’s expectations are met Be the guardian of best practice documentation for your client ensuring information is always kept up to date to provide accurate outputs

Begin to take ownership of the project lifecycle from kick-off meetings through to final artwork, understanding scope of work and deliverables to ensure smooth project delivery with support from senior members of the activation team

Ensure all briefing stages that hit studio specify allocated time to mitigate risk of exceeding budgeted cost

Provide accurate commercial costs, whether via quote or invoice, aligned to the relevant price matrix to achieve current business forecasts

Identify and pursue the most cost-effective ways of working and opportunities to upsell, to exceed commercial expectations with guidance from senior members of the team

Work collaboratively with all teams within the business to ensure the customer gains maximum potential from their time working with Sun

Write well-articulated, informed, and inspiring briefs for both the creative team and graphics team alike

Build internal business relationships across all areas to form trustworthy bonds and relationships with your colleagues and the wider business
