Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm Friday 7.30am to 1.00pm
My client based in Brough are a strong and reputable manufacturing business. They have an excellent reputation with their customers and their values align with everything they do. They are seeking a skilled and innovative CAD Technician to join their dynamic, friendly and professional team.
THE ROLE:
Use Solid works to design 3D models suitable for laser cutting and forming.
Use above files to create programs for forming machines.
Take products from drawings and models into finished products.
Work closely with colleagues in Engineering providing fabrication advice and methodology.
Provide problem solving assistance to Production when required on demand.
Create and develop procedures for Production
Assist with all new development projects, one offs, samples etc.
Develop partnerships with knowledge based Organisations and Suppliers
Review and improve the development procedures from concept to production
Working Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm Friday 7.30am to 1.00pm
