The Opportunity
An incredible opportunity has come up for a Scheduler / Producer to join leading production agency in central London. You will sit in the heart of the studio, which comprises a really lovely team, and have eyes across all print and digital production – design and artwork.
The Role
Analyse media schedules to determine artwork requirements and deadlines
Build production plans within online systems
Brief studio including QA department
Produce cost estimates, billing clients and ensuring receipt of purchase orders
Have a detailed approach to job management and identifying when and where issues might arise, and solving them
Ensure all creative work is built to spec and adheres to brand guidelines
Handle all relevant aspects of client media plans from briefing resource (internal and external) through to final delivery (publication portals, ftp, box)
Be involved in client briefs, cross-agency meetings, and general coordination
Keep internal project management systems and WIP trackers up to date
Provide advice and solutions to print production challenges
Provide regular financial reporting to the Head of Production and relevant Client PartnersThe Person
3+ years' experience in a similar type position, ideally within an advertising agency or production house
Solid understanding of colour management, profiles and reprographic processes
Experience in managing production and assets for multiple languages and countries
Experience dealing with media vendors and publications regarding technical specs and deadlines
Proven success building solid client/partner relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
Experience with estimates, budget tracking, reconciliations, and invoices
Ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
Have a strong attention to detail and a good design eyeThe Location
