Signage Estimator / Estimator / Sign Estimator
Location: Manchester

Company: A well-established leading signage company.
Role: Our client is currently looking for a sign installer to join their growing team in Manchester area.
This position will play a key role in assisting with the development of the company. To ensure all signage is completed on time, and to an exceptional quality standard.
* Obtain subcontract quotation
* Define the clients’ precise requirements, project scope and goals
* Assist clients with specifications
* Ensure accurate estimating / job costing – using Clarity Software
* Plan, implement and schedule project timelines
* Gather all required project information
* Liaise with all the employees that are involved in a project
* Coordinate between all the various departments which are involved in a project
* Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment
* Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills check and sign off works on job sheet & complete reports when required.
* Carry out site surveys and therefore need to be confident with this process
* Work as part of a team to deliver on set targets
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sign estimating role – essential
* Good computer skills and numeracy skills
* Good understanding of materials, specifications, production & installation methods
* Be flexible when it comes to working hours
* You will need a technical mind and the ability to work with the lead sign fitter to achieve high quality installations
* Experience in dealing with health and safety
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Self-motivated and driven
