Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
A great chance to become a HR Advisor within one of the worlds leading Fashion retailers, based in London on a permanent basis. This role will enable an individual to build and develop new/ existing skills which will assist them in their career and personal growth.

One of the worlds largest Fashion retailers who are based out of London, however operate on a global scale with offices situated in multiple different countries.
Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
Assisting with multiple aspects of the recruitment life-cycle
Maintaining accurate information for new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions and all other changes affecting the terms of conditions of employees
Identifying and fulfilling training needs of the company staff members, including research and tender of the potential training suppliers and negotiation of the terms
Being the first point of contact for any employee queries
Identifying any potential areas for improvement within the business Profile
The successful candidate will:
Have prior experience working within HR
Demonstrate effective communication skills
Be results focused
Have the ability to work alone and within a team
Be CIPD qualified Job Offer
If successful, the HR Advisor will be offered:
A salary of £35,000 – £40,000
