We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Designer to join our client, a reputable main contractor who have been operating for over 20 years and deal with the design, project management and cat A and B fit out provider within the retail, commercial and public sectors.
Our client is looking for a candidate to play a pivotal role in their design and build process and will offer a full design and drawings service to external and internal clients. They will need to guide the design process from the front end through initial client meet/site surveys and internal stakeholder liaison, and will work closely with approved building authority inspectors throughout the project design phase. They will also need to provide high quality 2D and 3D architectural drawings packages to the Project Managers and supply chain across a variety of project sectors including retail, commercial and Government frameworks.
The right candidate will have:
Minimum level 3 qualification in 2D/3D computed aided design
Experience working within the construction, fit out, workspace or retail design sector
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and MS Office 365
UK valid driving license
