Creative Design Lead (Hybrid)

I am currently recruiting to a Creative Design Lead for a thriving hair and beauty client. The role will be based at their Head Office in Aylesbury and will offer hybrid working, with 60% office based and 40% home working.
The Role
The Creative Design Lead position has two core remits – one is centred around design and the delivery of creative and art-working services, the other is allocation and project management of activity and mentoring within the design studio.
In this role we are looking for someone to continually raise the bar on creativity, taking a brief and delivering inspiring and exciting solutions to attract our target audiences. This will involve communicating across multiple channels, including print and digital (website and social media).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the allocation of briefs across the team ensuring skills and engagement is maximised
Delivery of creative and art working services (Internal and External)
Work with allocated briefs and translate to design concepts
Production of visually appealing and on-brand content packages
Creating and editing video/animation
Capture event imagery to use in marketing and education materials, social media, online and for reference purposes
Influencing the business and seeking new ways of presenting products, brands and campaigns to enhance customer engagement, always looking for ways to improve
