We are looking for a Creative Design Manager to join or proposal team. The Creative Design Manager will support in winning bids by ensuring that all customer-facing imagery and designs convey the right themes with the highest visual impact.

As Creative Design Manager you will:
* Be confident in producing proposal graphics for use in electronic and hard copy materials.
* Have the ability to work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to turn written, numerical, and existing content into compelling visual representations.
* Be confident in working with a range of software and design tools to create design output that can be incorporated into tender documents and accompanying materials such as brochures, hand-outs, packaging, mock-ups, whitepapers, websites, apps, and other media as specified/required by the client.
* Have confidence and technical skills to work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and objectives, translate these into designs, clarify objectives where needed, and manage projects from end to end.
As Creative Design Manager you’ll have:
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, patience, and the ability to listen and interpret situations and briefs.
* Be deadline-driven with effective time management skills
* The ability to work on concurrent projects with fluctuating (and sometimes conflicting) deadlines
* Thrive in a busy environment
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and be flexible to changing requirements.
* Ability to liaise with internal clients at all levels of seniority
* Have a passion and desire to keep up to date with changing trends and new ideas
Essential qualifications/experience:
* Strong desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and full Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable qualifications/experience:
* Degree in Creative / Artistic Discipline.
* After Effects and Premiere knowledge would be beneficial
* Experience with interactive documents and developing digital skills would also be beneficial
