Conrad Consulting in partnership with one of the UK's largest architectural practices, are recruiting for a Landscape Architect, to join the regional office in Shrewsbury.
The practice are prominent, and consistent in their appearance in the AJ100 list of architectural practices, and have offices located throughout the UK and internationally. This practice delivers a range of services across a variety of disciplines, allowing the successful individual to work alongside experienced architects, interior designers and landscape architects, gaining first-hand experience and guidance within a multidisciplinary environment on a variety of challenging and contemporary projects.
This role would suit a Landscape Architect with at least 2 years of post qualification experience, ideally having worked in a similar multi-disciplinary environment. You will be joining a Landscape division that work on a broad range of work types, which encompass areas such as; Residential, Education, Healthcare and more. You will be provided with expert development and mentoring, alongside the opportunity to work on innovative projects from inception through to completion on site.
Whilst the position will predominantly be based in Shrewsbury, there may be the need to attend the Birmingham office on occasion, so those living towards the west side of Birmingham would be best suited to this position commuting wise.

Other requirements for this role as a Landscape Architect include the following:
A degree in Landscape Architecture
At least 2 years of post qualification experience.
CMLI chartered status (or working towards)
Competency in the use of AutoCAD, with 3D rendering packages an advantage.
Experience of LVIA and Landscape & Visual Appraisals as part of the planning process.
Ability to prepare detail design and working drawings
Sound knowledge of UK Planning processes & Building Regulations
Salary will be negotiable dependant on experience and will be accompanied by a generous benefits package. Salary is likely to be within the region of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, along with discretionary bonus scheme, private pension and healthcare.
