Digital Learning Designer

Possibl are delighted to be working with a Sunday Times Top Track 100 and one of the UK’s top IT distributors looking to expand their Learning & Development team by adding a Digital Learning Designer. This team has had outstanding success and won industry awards for their innovative work.
This position will primarily focus on storyboarding, designing, and developing varied digital learning experience based on business requirements. Ensuring all content is in line with the needs and objectives set out by the leadership team.
You will be required to attend offices in Andover 4 days a week with 1 day from home.
The role:
Script, storyboard, design and develop digital learning solutions using authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise etc.
Ensure solutions are engaging by using simulation, gamification, quizzes.
Create your own graphics and animations using the adobe suite and Vyond
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and offer the best solutions for their requirements
Stay up to date with the latest approaches and technologies in the digital learning space
Upload courses to the LMS, make the accessible business wide
Monitor the engagement of courses created on the LMS system and report on user uptake
Experience Required:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Learning Design or Instructional Design position
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Brilliant personal skills
Superb organisation
Experience using Articulate Storyline and Vyond
End to End design and development experience
