This recently-established business is well-funded and has exciting plans to build on the solid foundations already place with a highly experienced team to develop the Architecture arm of the firm. As such, they are looking to secure the services of highly adept Architectural Technician with demonstrable experience operating within the UK Residential sector – ideally upon multi-unit schemes for developers.
Based from their brand new office in Surrey, the Architectural Technician have the opportunity to work on multiple diverse projects through to delivery, all with planning approval or subject to approval, from small housing developments to major multi-unit residential schemes & inner-city high-rise construction and everything in between.
The ideal Architectural Technician will have the ability to hit the ground running with the production of working drawings and come with great knowledge of UK Building Regs and solid proficiency with AutoCAD.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
Relevant technical qualification (HNC, HND, Degree etc.)
Demonstrable experience operating within UK Residential sector
Job-running ability would be highly desirable
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Proficiency with AutoCAD
UK driving licence
The successful Architectural Technician can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £35-£45k (dependant on experience), as well as a fantastic benefits package.
