A highly reputable Architectural firm listed amongst the country's elite in the AJ100 rankings seeks an experienced Project Architect to join their Studio in Sheffield City centre to deliver a series of design led education projects throughout the UK.

An eminent AJ100 Architectural practice based regionally in Sheffield are looking to recruit a talented Project Architect due to an increased project pipeline.

The practice have successfully delivered projects across the residential, commercial, education and manufacturing sectors for decades and their successes look set to continue well into the future with the awarding of a number of significant schemes.

For this particular Project Architect role, you will be required to join the team in Sheffield responsible for producing projects specifically within the Education sector. This practice have previously delivered award-winning schemes within the Education sector including the Mercia School in Yorkshire as well as The Lakes National Nuclear College and also the National Colleges for High Speed Rail. With this in mind, we encourage Project Architects with demonstrable experience within Education to apply.

Prospective Project Architects will demonstrate:

RIBA Part III qualified
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to inspire, influence and negotiate
Skilled at making decisions, acting on own initiative and operating in a pro-active way
Strong report writing skills and experience of making presentations and attending meetings with clients
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Sufficient background knowledge to be able to propose and debate alternative solutions to technical and operational requirements
Excellent job-running & client facing skills
Good working knowledge of BIM, those proficient with ArchiCAD will be at an advantage however all software experience will be considered.

A highly attractive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful Project Architect, likely to be in the range of £37,000 – £45,000 per annum dependant on experience plus the following benefits:
