We’re based in Brighton Marina in our modern, open-plan office. We’re surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops and bars, and we’re right next to the busy yacht harbour.
The Role:
The UX/Product Designer will lead the UX and UI implementation for our SaaS membership management solution. You will help us to keep the customer at the heart of everything we do. This will include conducting user research, designing customer journeys, producing usable prototypes and acting as an ambassador for brand and design consistency. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and the wider business in a highly customer-focused agile environment to help deliver amazing experiences when using our products.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of UX work streams across the LoveAdmin portfolio
* Develop UX/UI prototypes and user journeys to support customer needs
* Take responsibility for scoping and planning UX projects
* Facilitate design workshops required to progress the design process
* Work with developers to ensure product quality aligned to the design specification
* Work closely with product managers and cross-functional departments to maximize customer success
* Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
* Build, maintain and support the LoveAdmin Design System
* Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
* Research customers, competitors, and products
* Create and maintain usability documentation
Desired Skills:
* Deep knowledge of modern UI/UX design processes and human centred design principles
* Understanding of UX principles, personas, usability and other design disciplines
* Demonstrable experience of using data to inform design solutions
* Experience with research and testing as part of the design process
* Highly proficient with a range of UX and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, WebFlow
* Ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
* Experienced in facilitating workshops and conducting user/stakeholder interviews
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in an Agile-environment, preferably working on UX/UI for enterprise grade SaaS products
