This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Architect, or very experienced Architectural Assistant to join one of Manchester's most exciting new companies. Founded 10 years ago, this company has gone from strength to strength under the guidance of an extremely motivated Director. Their wider team comprises various departments including land acquisition, Sales, business development and most importantly for this role; Design.
The current Design team consists of 2 very talented Architects with exceptional pedigree from having worked for high-profile design studios themselves for many years before moving across the world of property development. They have brought along an excellent culture of high-quality design and have adapted well to the fast-paced environment they now work in. They are looking to add the experience of another Architect to join the team to support their excellent work across their Residential portfolio.
Current and upcoming projects include 2x High-Rise Residential towers close to Manchester city centre, A 50+ housing development + masterplan and also a large-scale, private-residential scheme in Cheshire. All projects will require a high level of both design & technical skill to deliver.
We are looking for the Architect candidate to meet the following criteria:
ARB Qualification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years industry experience – Preferably 2 years post-qualification.
Residential-sector experience (High rise, masterplanning, private dwellings or similar).
Software skills including both AutoCAD, Sketchup & REVIT.
Excellent design skills with creativity & flair to match.
Experience presenting in both internal and external meetings.
