Senior Interior Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum Commensurate with Experience
Dawson Levy are pleased to be partnered with an outstanding Interior Design studio in West London in their current search for an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Interior Architect to work on some of the latest High-End Hospitality and Residential projects across London and Internationally. There is genuine opportunity for career development with this studio and gaining further responsibility on projects as well as a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
In order to be successful in this application you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar role as an Interior Architect, ideally working on projects in the High-End Hospitality and Residential sector. You must be fully proficient in the use of AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe suite with a strong attention to detail, good eye for colour and strong design ability. Good experience taking projects through technical stages would be hugely beneficial and you must have a great communication ability as your will be liaising with various stakeholders including clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar Interior Architect role
Proven experience delivering High-End Hospitality & Residential projects through all stages
Degree Qualified in Interior Design or similar field
Fully proficient user of AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
A strong communication ability (both written and verbal)
A well-presented, high quality portfolio of previous work
