A thriving Secondary School in Dartford are seeking a positive, well organised Premises Manager to join their School for an immediate start.
The successful applicant must be able to understand and comply with health and safety regulations, Have the ability to work in close partnership with staff and assist the running of the School on a day to day basis.
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for the opening and closing of the School, Required to delegate to the Premises Assistant and oversee cleaning staff and managing external contractors.
There is a level of flexibility required and being well organised ensuring daily tasks are carried out maintaining the School to a high standard.
