Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a bespoke design studio in the heart of Cheshire are looking to fill a specific vacancy in response to a recent influx of exciting projects. The ideal candidate would be either a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant.
This specialist design practice have been in operation for around 20 years and have experienced year-on-year growth within their core markets; with the most prominent of these being the design and implementation of Independent schools. With a repeat client base on local, national and international scales there is a significant opportunity here for an individual to work on exciting projects from the offset.
The current vacancy is for a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join this busy studio and Assist with multiple projects within their core Education and Retail markets.
In this new role you will be responsible for the following:
* Assisting with the produce high quality outputs at all RIBA design stages.
* Concept design production from briefing information.
* Development of masterplan & building plans and elevational & sectional models using REVIT.
* Attending site and client meetings.
* Responding to client and design team queries.
Applicant should have:
* Relevant Architectural Degree (Part 1 or 2).
* The ability to produce striking visuals with portfolio to match.
* The initiative to work both independently and as part of a team
* Interest and experience in the Education and Retail sectors.
* Own transport facilities to commute in and out of the Cheshire studio as required.
* Previous experience using REVIT software.
