Salary : £23000 – £25000/annum Hybrid Working

Nationwide established fashion business located in Wilmslow are seeking an end to end purchase ledger clerk to join their high growth finance team.

As the purchase ledger clerk, you will report into the accounts payable manager and will assist with the end to end accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a hard working environment and possessing strong excel skillset.

Your responsibilities will include:

* 3-way matching and processing of stock invoices in multiple currencies
* Checking, matching, and processing overheads against purchase orders
* Identification and resolution of invoice/purchase order queries
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on AP queries
* Inbox management
* Filing and ad hoc duties as required.

To be considered for this role:

* Understand the principles of double entry
* Understand how to enter accounting transactions and perform reconciliations
* Apply techniques to common and non-routine problems to produce solutions.
* Have good Microsoft office skills and experience of Microsoft Navision would be advantageous.
