Grafton Recruitment are currently looking for 3 x Sales Associates in London, Mayfair for a well-established upscale retailer offering high-end leather luggage, trunks, handbags & wallets, plus special orders.
About the role of a Sales Associate:
Welcome the customers and providing high quality advice and sales service.
Supporting new and existing customers over the phone as well as face to face in order to meet their needs.
Build customer loyalty through active client development.
Maintain an up-to-date and detailed client book.
Share and spread the client's values and history (Proven Brand and product knowledge),
Achieve monthly and quarterly budgets and targets,
Keeping the boutique presentable to the clientele in order to provide the best service possible.
Requirements for the Sale Associate:
Experience in luxury retail.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
High level of brand and luxury product knowledge.
