Experienced Architectural Assistant required to join a large, International design consultancy in Manchester. This company pay higher than the industry-average in Manchester and are looking for exceptional talent to join the team.
Our client work on a wide range of project types. It could be anything from large-infrastructure and transportation-focused through to a big Urban regeneration scheme. A recurring theme here is a commitment to high quality project work and employing the best people from across the respective regions their work falls in. Here in Manchester we are looking for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join the team and work on this exciting new mixture of projects whilst working towards RIBA Part 3.
This new hire, at RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant level should meet the following criteria:
Hold a relevant Architectural qualification.
Have strong design & technical skills.
Proficiency using REVIT & AutoCAD software.
Experience working on large-scale buildings and project types.
The role of RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant will include the following:
Supporting the existing Architectural team in the production of drawings. Primarily at RIBA stages 0-5.
Inspecting building work on-site.
Supporting the team on planning applications, building regs and appeals.
working closely with inter-disciplinary teams across various sectors.
