Senior Architect – Hybrid – London
I am working with industry-leading hospitality architects, who design beautiful hotels and resorts all over the globe. They are looking for a Senior Architect to join their team in Central London.
This role offers the exposure to work on significant and iconic hotel and resort projects, both new-builds and Grade II listed buildings.
As an award-winning Studio, they pride themselves in their collaborative approach to work, and actively support and encourage in-house mentorship, enabling staff to develop to their full potential.
For this Senior Architect role you will be assisting a Director who is leading a significant London-based project. You need the following:
At least 6 years' experience working on large-scale projects, preferably hospitality-focussed
Fluency in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, with 3D modelling skills advantageous
Confidence working across all RIBA work stages alongside the Project Architect, carrying out tasks such as the preparation of planning applications, building regulation applications and tender packages
Excellent communication skills
Self-driven with an excellent positive attitude.This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days from the office, with the remainder WFH.
