Technical Architect – varying levels – Hybrid working – Central & South West London

Our client is a long-established practice who has numerous awards attached to its high-profile name. Industry experts in the residential sector, they focus on a range of different projects including, estate and urban regeneration, private housing, community housing and lots more.
For this role, you will be working in the technical teams on large-scale residential developments that are design-led, with social value.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of post-qualified experience
Excellent Revit skills, and strong technical skills on stage 3+
Experience working on medium to large-scale residential projects
Good knowledge of UK building regulations and tender package production, seeing projects through to delivery
Proven ability to lead a small team.Depending on location, this company offers varying degrees of hybrid working, with 1-3 days remote work flexibility.
