We have ambitious plans to further grow our business in 2023 and are currently looking to fill a number of positions.
The Role
We require an enthusiastic and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role.
This is a varied position which the successful candidate can help to shape.
Working alongside the directors, account managers and execs, you will help deliver digital and print design – ranging from social media to brochures, branding to websites.
Applications are welcomed from candidates at all stages of their career but you must be keen to develop. As well as graphic design, you will have an opportunity to explore wider areas including animation, video and web development.
This is an office-based role in Norwich city centre.
This is a full-time role. However, part-time applications are also welcomed.
Key Duties
* Contribute creatively to our clients branding and marketing
* Graphic design for print – including brochures, flyers, stands and displays
* Graphic design for digital – including web design and digital ads
* Graphic design to support marketing, including:
* Branding
* Social media
* Email marketing
* Content marketing (e.g. images and infographics)
* Support website building (e.g. via WordPress, Divi and WooCommerce)
* Contribute to our processes, management and direction

The Person
Essential
* Experience of graphic design in a commercial or agency environment
* Strong creativity and willingness to embrace new media
* Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud
* Good understanding of the principles of marketing
* Well organised and able to effectively plan your own workload
* Adaptive, dependable and keen to learn
Desirable (but not essential)
* Design, business or marketing related qualification (e.g. degree)
* Copy writing skills or experience
* Animation, video and other new media skills or experience
* Web design, development or coding skills or
