Salary : £25000/annum

We are currently working with a well-established interior design company who are seeking an Interior Design Logistics Administrator for their team in London.

Your role as the Interior Design Logistics Administrator will be to organise the logistics of all components to suppliers and the Warehouse. You will be arranging deliveries, ensuring all items are safely delivered, and recording all movements of stock.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with suppliers, shippers and client representatives in regards to shipments, ensuring all items are insured in transit.

Other duties will include:

Deal with import / export documentation
Liaising with the F&F and financial teams
Booking sample shipments
Approving transport invoices for payment
Preparing shipping documents i.e. shipping invoices and crating lists
Preparing insurance claims for any items that get damaged in transit & storage
Provide admin assistance to the team when required

The successful Interior Design Logistics Administrator will have previous Logistics experience, or come from a creative background along with having strong administration skills.  

Key requirements for the Interior Design Logistics Administrator:

Good level of education
IT literate
