Junior Interior Designer

Salary : £22000 – £27000/annum
A Junior Interior Design job is now available with a client in SW London. The successful candidate will join an architecture and design practice working on residential refurbishment projects valued from £1M+. This would be an ideal opportunity for a proactive designer keen to develop their career within the luxury sector. Good SketchUp/3D rendering skills are essential.
With an impressive client base stretching across prime areas of London, including the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, the practice has developed a strong reputation for delivering bespoke homes throughout London. This team of 14 is known not only for their impressive portfolio of projects but also for their fantastic team dynamic and friendly office environment.
Role & Responsibilities
– Assisting Senior Interior Designers on varied stages or residential projects
– Helping out with the production of technical packages, details and bespoke joinery
– Working on FF&E including research, procurement, moodboards, sample boards
– Assisting with/producing 3D visuals on Sketch Up.
Required Skills & Experience
– 1+ years' UK experience in the high-end residential sector
– Knowledge and experience working on FF&E/hard finishes
– Some experience producing technical packages using AutoCAD
– Experience producing 3D visuals on SketchUp
– Excellent communication and client facing skills
– Fluent in spoken and written English
– A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
