Mid/Senior Residential Interior Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum
A new Mid/Senior Interior Design job is now available in a Central London practice. The successful candidate will work on all stages of high-end residential projects and must be able to work proactively both, individually and as part of a team. Salary up to £50,000 DOE.
Established over ten years ago, this interior design and architecture studio specialises in high-end residential developments and private residential projects. Their team of 7 has developed projects in the UK and overseas, and are now looking for a talented all-rounder to support the Director and mentoring juniors whilst working on all project stages.
Role & Responsibilities
– Working on high-end residential projects in the UK and overseas
– Producing mood boards and client presentations
– Working on concept development and space planning
– Producing technical packages, interior detailing, bespoke joinery, etc
– Working on all aspects of FF&E
– Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and third parties when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
– 4+ years' experience working on high-end residential projects
– Proven experience working on projects from brief through to completion
– Confident producing mood boards, finishes boards and client presentations
– Interior architecture experience; confident working on technical packages, details, bespoke joinery and specifications
– Super client facing abilities and experience
– On site experience
– Proficiency with Vectorworks and Adobe Suite.
