The Company:
Suppliers of large format printing services for Retail POS, exhibition stands, installations for outdoor & indoor display, smaller media, window vinyls & vehicle wraps.
Responsibilities:
• Project management & account management
• Take ownership of projects and liaise between clients, studio, production, & dispatch
• Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes, follow up enquiries
• Set up and issue detailed works instructions, booking in jobs, follow through all jobs to completion
• Work within SLA’s to ensure the business meets client expectations
• Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role
Requirements:
• The successful candidate will possess outstanding client and organisational skills
• Must have strong knowledge across Large Format Digital Print
• Good knowledge of using MIS systems
• You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this
• Strong knowledge of the Design & Print processes
• Good problem solver
• IT literate and be able to learn new systems
• Excellent communicator
• Service Orientated
