Middleweight Interior Designer job with a boutique-size design studio based in SW London, with an impressive and varied portfolio of clients. Due to new project wins and upcoming relocation to SE London, they are looking to expand their team.

Joining a team of 6 you will be working on a variety of contemporary projects such as galleries, F&B, museums, exhibitions, and retail. They need someone that can challenge design ideas, and successfully work across a variety of sectors. This is a great opportunity to develop within a creative and growing practice, working initially on a variety of temporary and permanent exhibition projects.

Role & Responsibilities

To take lead on a mixed range of projects from concept through to completion with the support of the wider team and external freelancers
Attend client meetings and present ideas
Create mood boards and design direction boards
Create 2D/3D Visuals
Prepare detailed design drawing packages
Work to deadlines in line with project programs
On-site liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors.Required Skills & Experience

3 – 6 years experience in interior design, ideally involved in museum/gallery/exhibition projects
Client care and presentation skills
Ability to illustrate ideas through hand sketching or using SketchUp
Ability to create 2D/3D visuals
Ability to create and develop concepts based on client briefings
Strong technical ability
Ideally experienced with on-site liaison
Proficient in Vectorworks 2D & 3D and SketchUp.What you get back
