Our Client is looking to welcome a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to their team. You will be a pivotal part of the team to bring the stakeholders and the Talent team together and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Description
Your day to day will be but not limited to:
Building internal and external stakeholder relationships
Work closely with the Head of TA
Collating data to spot market trends
360 recruitment
Matching candidate to client
Candidate attraction
Weekly and monthly reporting
Work closely with the L&D team
Continuously look for ways to develop and improve the recruitment process
Travel maybe needed to the business needsProfile
Our client is looking for a candidate that has
Recruitment experience
High communications skills both written and verbal
RP or IHR cert
Ability to travel if needed (not a regularly only to business needs)Job Offer
