Job role: Salesforce Administrator
Job Type: Perm
Location: Hybrid into either Biggin Hill or Central London
No sponsorship offered – you must have the right to work in the UK
Annual base: £70 – 75 k per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Monitor and maintain and manage the production environment across Salesforce Experience Cloud, CDP, MC Personalisation, Sales and Service Cloud
Configuration to ensure smooth and optimised running
Provide training, development and user support being the subject matter expert to the business
The Salesforce Administrator requires the following experience and skills:
Industry recognised qualifications and certifications relevant to the role are beneficial
Salesforce certifications
Min 5 years experience as a Salesforce administrator with hands on experience in the following areas:
Custom objects
Page layouts
Profiles
Permissions
Workflows
Approval processes
Flows
Triggers
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Must have experience working on: Salesforce Experience Cloud, CDP, MC Personalisation, Sales and Service Cloud
Confident, effective communicator in English (both verbally and written)
