Conrad Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Senior level Architect to join a thriving Architectural studio to immediately support the design and project delivery of various Residential care home projects.
This established Medium-sized, ambitious studio works across a wide range of building types including Commercial, Residential and Healthcare, this practice has a local feel about it, and supplies an extensive list of repeat-user clients throughout the North of England, and nationally .
Their immediate focus is to support the project delivery of various Residential Care Home schemes with a value of circa £10-15million in value which are located across the UK. The position will be 100% home-based.
The current vacancy here would be best suited to a fully qualified ARB / RIBA affiliated Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years practical experience working in UK Architectural practice, ideally you will have historically worked on care home projects, have a proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally a working knowledge of REVIT software.
Further responsibilities of the Senior Architect
* Reviewing & evaluating individual design schemes against client briefs
*Experience of working across all RIBA stages and capable of working self sufficiently,
* Preparing & coordinating construction information & drawing packages, reports and associated documentation for bids, feasibility studies and competitions
* Utilising numerous photorealistic software platforms to convey & present new schemes
* Passion for design and interest in developments within the Architecture industry
* Site based job running experience and excellent presentation skills.
* Ability to draw 'free hand' sketches and illustrate to a high level.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and a working knowledge of REVIT not essential)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, plus generous benefits package.
