PAY: £18.50 per hour
The Graphic Designer will exist to provide creative and innovative solutions. Working on all types of projects covering digital and print. Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose. You will have to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts from initial idea to final delivery. Ultimately delivering the client high-quality creative design with the end user in mind for every project. Everything you design will be within corporate guidelines with 100% accuracy once the project is ready to leave the studio.
The role:
To ensure delivery of high-quality creative production material from the Creative Services studio, going above and beyond client briefs and what the studio offers.
To work with the Creative team to provide a seamless delivery to our clients.
Support our strong client relationships to help win work.
Show creativity and innovation.
Be strongly focused on digital trends, digital movement and industry trends.
Support the studio and clients to overcome challenges.
Have a high technical ability in all packages of Adobe Creative Software, Microsoft software and design for print, digital and innovation media platforms.
Have a creative eye.
Meticulous attention to detail for both print and digital.
Understand the current accessibility requirements for output of projects and media.
Show you have understanding of the end users needsKey Responsibilities
Design initial, bespoke creative solutions, and exciting visual concepts.
Delivering high-quality design within corporate guidelines.
Understand the client and audience to ensure what you produce will be fit for purpose.
Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients and Creative Studio Manager.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver value, quality and strategic output.
Identify creative production opportunities with our clients, helping to create growth and a pipeline of work for the studio.
Stay up to date with industry developments and market trends to drive innovation.
Work within the client brand guidelines, making sure all output is accessible for the intended audience.
Be collaborative with creative consultation as part of the briefing process with the studio on best solutions and media to ensure a successful output and happy client.
Ensure that message quality, format, and content meet the brief and are consistent to guidelines.
High level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SharePoint and web development would be ideal, but not necessary.
Knowledge of AR/VR, UI/UX.
Responsibility for own work, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality
Design and artworking from initial creative concepts through to final delivery
The ability to follow processes end to end.
Fully understand the difference between print and digital elements and design.
Be a problem solver.
The ability to work to tight deadlines.
