We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to work in and around Colchester.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for keeping behaviour management in check, alongside delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher.
If you are interested in getting into teaching, this is a great opportunity to test your skills in the classroom! Previous experience working with children would be an advantage, however we are looking for those with a true passion to work with students in the classroom. We can offer day to day supply, and long term roles.

Cover Supervisor will include:
* Managing and controlling classroom behaviour
* Delivering pre-set work in the teacher's absence
* Safeguarding children and following school policies
* Role modelling
* Ensuring that pupils understand assigned work and keep on track with tasks
Requirements:
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
* Experience working with young people and children (desired)
